Data We Collect

• Contact form submissions: Name, company, email address, project details, and any optional files submitted through our secure forms.
• Service delivery records: Project documentation and communications retained for contractual performance and client support.
• Infrastructure logs: Basic technical logs stored by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Our website and related services run on DigitalOcean and Vercel infrastructure provisioned in EU regions. Analytics are handled through Google Analytics 4, which only loads after explicit consent.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Analytics cookies (GA4) and optional marketing communications.
• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Responding to contact requests, scoping projects, and delivering paid services.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Maintaining platform security, fraud prevention, and keeping minimal operational logs.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

Data Retention Periods

We retain data only for as long as necessary:

• Analytics data: 14 months.
• Contact form submissions: 12 months from last interaction.
• Client project files: 90 days after project closure.
• Server and security logs: 30 days.

Once a retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized unless legal obligations require longer storage.

Whenever data leaves the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, GDPR-compliant processors, and EU-hosted infrastructure to ensure adequate protection. Subprocessors are listed on our Subprocessor List and are contractually bound to GDPR standards.
